Former WWE Superstar Ronda Rousey recently shared her honest opinion on returning to UFC. Rousey left the MMA company back in the year 2016, after losing to Amanda Nunes in the main event at UFC 207.

She made her WWE debut in 2018, where she won several championships to her name before announcing her retirement in October 2023 on her social media. However, a few days later, Rousey came out of retirement and competed in a couple of matches in the independent circuits. She even made her ROH debut in November 2023. Following that, The Baddest Women on The Planet announced her memoir “Our Fight” and during the promotion, she took multiple jabs at both the company and the former CEO Vince McMahon.

Speaking with Justin Barrasso for Sports Illustrated, Rousey opened up regarding her return to UFC. She mentioned how she loves the fact that people still ask her about the return, adding that although she always wanted to be a mother, she would like to return to UFC whenever she can.

“I appreciate when people ask. Maybe it means they still miss me. If I could, I definitely would. If I want to have a whole basketball team full of kids, I can’t take any more detours. I’ve always wanted to be a mom with a lot of kids,” she said.

Ronda Rousey shared her feelings following major change in plan in WWE

Ex-WWE star Ronda Rousey was upset about how things went on with her in the company and opened up about it in her memoir “Our Fight.”

After losing her title to Becky Lynch in the main event of WrestleMania 35, Ronda took a hiatus from the company before making her return in 2022. Rousey revealed that things didn’t go according to what she was promised initially. She mentioned how she had wanted to face Becky Lynch at WrestleMania, but the company didn’t consider her opinion.

She further added how she was in tears, as she felt anxious, stressed and could feel her overall personality changing.

“I burst into tears. Not just crying, but bawling. ‘I’m so tired,’ I said. ‘I’m so tired that I feel like it’s changing my personality. I’m so much more anxious, stressed, negative, like butter scraped over too much bread.'”

It would be interesting to see if Ronda Rousey will return to UFC in the upcoming years or not.
