When you see how lovey-dovey Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens’ chemistry is, it’s not hard to understand that they still aren’t completely over their marriage. And yet, they seldom get the chance and time to celebrate their union. Just as the Texas native’s Olympic duties have ended, Owens’ NFL season has kicked off and the athlete couple once again has to spend miles apart from each other. But it seems like Biles has marked the calendar for their next meeting already.

The 27-year-old gymnastics icon has taken to social media to hint that she could be in her beau’s embrace not that far into the future. In her Instagram story, the country’s most decorated gymnast has shared a couple of Polaroid images of herself and her husband Jonathan Owens. Along with the candids, Biles also revealed that their next date might be on the horizon. “see you in a few weeks,” reads the caption of the IG story accompanied by an emoji that would suggest Simone is feeling under the weather.

With the Gold Over America Tour (G.O.A.T.) fast approaching, Biles will soon jump back knee-deep into a hectic schedule. Her demanding responsibilities will make it difficult for Biles to have enough time to fly to Chicago to watch her husband at the Bears’ upcoming games. Naturally, having a heads up about each other’s calendar helps in such scenarios, and both the 7-time Olympic gold medalist and her hubby have found a window when they catch up the next time. And when they do, they will have quite a lot to talk about.

Both Simone Biles and Owens aren’t shy about flying hundreds of miles just to see each other’s faces. The calling becomes so great at times, that they have sometimes been seen catching a flight just to have a quick hug over a dinner date or cheer for each other at Owens’ matches or Biles’ gymnastics meetings. But this being her husband’s first full season with the Bears after leaving the Green Bay Packers, Biles will have to accept that he might also need time to train and settle in with his new squad.

Ever since they got married last year, they have rarely been able to spend long periods of time together apart from a few vacations. And a similar situation is imminent again. But will their next visit be long enough for them to talk about all the things that will happen in between? Biles recently purchased a brand-new Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon worth over $200,000 replacing her previous vehicle. Surely Owens would be excited to know how his wife is getting used to the car and if it’s a worthy upgrade from the AMG G63.

Moreover, the Gold Over America Tour is scheduled to kick off next month. In light of that, it could be possible that the Olympian will already have some action from the tournament by the time she meets Owens the next time, and the two elite athletes will surely need some time to go over her routines at the same time. Luckily, traveling between Houston and Chicago won’t be as much of a hassle as it was during Owen’s Packers days.
