The future of Bobby Lashley in WWE remains unclear (Picture: WWE)
Bobby Lashley could be set to leave WWE with his contract due to expire in the coming weeks.
The All Mighty, who first made his debut for the company in 2005 and went onto become a two-time WWE Champion, is reportedly no longer listed on the internal roster.
It’s been said he isn’t part of the internal document, although he is still featured on the public roster displayed on WWE.com.
According to Fightful Select, his contract ‘is up within the next month or so, possible over the course of weeks’.
While he has been out of action for several months, it’s said he ‘plans on continuing wrestling’ if a contract extension isn’t agreed with WWE, although that still remains a possibility.
He reportedly hasn’t been ‘factored into WWE creative plans since the spring’, while he’s only wrestled five matches on television in 2024.

The most recent of those came in April on SmackDown, days after he and the Street Profits duo of Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford beat the Final Testament in a Philadelphia Street Fight at WrestleMania 40.
As well as holding the WWE Title on two occasions, Lashley is also a former United States, Intercontinental and ECW Champion.
A former US Marine and amateur wrestler, Lashley first joined WWE in 2005, starting with a spell in Ohio Valley Wrestling before being called up to SmackDown.
He was released from his contract in 2008 and spent time on the independent scene and with TNA Wrestling until he returned to WWE a decade later.
One of his most famous matches came at WrestleMania 23 in 2007, when he represented Donald Trump in the Battle of the Billionaires against Umaga, who was wrestling for Vince McMahon.
He won the match, which meant he, Trump and special guest referee ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin got to shave McMahon’s head in the middle of the ring.
Fans still talk about the possibilities for Hurt Business (Picture: WWE)
In his second run, his most successful run came as a member of Hurt Business alongside Shelton Benjamin, Cedric Alexander and MVP, and the group were set for a reunion last year before creative plans shifted.
Benjamin exclusively told Metro.co.uk: ‘There was definitely conversation and planning for the Hurt Business to make a return. And then things just changed. They set dates, the dates changed and things changed. And then suddenly it was like, “Nope, we’re just not doing it.”
