Reigning Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes recently opened up on a major change since he dethroned Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL. Rhodes is currently one of the biggest faces of the Stamford-based promotion.

At The Show of Shows this year, The American Nightmare finished his story by defeating The Tribal Chief in a Bloodline Rules Match. Although Reigns has been absent from WWE TV since losing his title, Cody is still feuding with The Bloodline. The 39-year-old is set to defend his gold against Solo Sikoa at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event.

During a conversation with Diamond Dallas Page on DDP Yoga, Cody Rhodes talked about a major change since becoming the Undisputed WWE Champion. Rhodes said that moving to Friday Night SmackDown from RAW has been a big adjustment for him.

The American Nightmare also mentioned that he missed performing on Monday nights for a three-hour show as opposed to a two-hour SmackDown, but he liked the challenge of being on the blue brand.

“It’s been an adjustment moving to Fridays because I was so all over the three hours of RAW and now with SmackDown just being in the little two-hour block, but also it’s a little more selective in how I’ve been used with SmackDown, so it’s an adjustment for me. I watched RAW last night and was just, I do miss it. I’m up for the challenge of Friday nights, but I miss RAW,” he said. [9:16-9:41]Check out the video below:

Scott Steiner believes WWE fans do not want to see Cody Rhodes win every time

During a conversation with Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Senior Editor Bill Apter, Scott Steiner opened up about Cody Rhodes’ reign as Undisputed WWE Champion.

The veteran claimed that The American Nightmare wouldn’t lose his Undisputed WWE Championship as long as the latter kept drawing money for the Stamford-based promotion. However, Steiner added that fans wouldn’t like seeing the former Legacy member win every time.

“It all depends. If they [WWE] stop drawing, no. Especially now they’re actually owned by TKO, the money is gonna be the bottom line, so as long as that keeps going, it could go as long as [they want]. Believe it or not, people don’t wanna see the guy win every time. I don’t care who you are. You gotta have some losses in there. But yeah, as long as the money keeps on flowing and he [Cody Rhodes] has good opponents,” he said.Check out the video below:

It will be interesting to see if Cody retains his title against The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa at SummerSlam.
