Charlotte Flair has been absent since December 2023 and now fans are getting impatient to see her back in the ring. It appears that Flair shares the same sentiments and has now sent a message ahead of her potential return.

Flair suffered a career-changing horrific injury in December 2023, where she tore her meniscus, ACL, and MCL. She needed to be helped to the back and has been working on her fitness since then, rehabbing her knee. Fans have felt the star’s absence, and they have been waiting for her to come back.

Ahead of SummerSlam, the fans felt that the usual timeline for a return may match the event and that The Queen could return there. She has confirmed nothing herself, but SummerSlam was around 8 months after her injury, whereas usual recovery from such a setback can take anywhere between six months, nine months, and even a year.

With that being said, Charlotte Flair, who has been providing regular updates on her workout and rehab, has now spoken to fans. She said that she missed the fans too and thanked them for all the love they had shown on her previous post on Instagram. She posted a story saying she missed them.

“Thank you for all the love on the last post. Miss you all.”

This came after fans wished her well and a quick return on a previous post on social media.

Charlotte Flair will have a lot to do when she finally returns to WWE

The Queen has been out long enough that the landscape of the women’s division has changed in her absence. Tiffany Stratton has the Money in the Bank briefcase, Nia Jax is challenging for the women’s title, and Liv Morgan is the Women’s World Champion.

As such, when she returns, Charlotte Flair will have to decide where she wants to go and whom she wants to go after.

Fans will have to wait to see if the star returns as a heel or a face.
