Buddy Matthews has sent a message to Rhea Ripley on Instagram. It appears that in the message, he has also hinted at a WWE storyline.

Rhea Ripley and Buddy Matthews got married last month after a long time together, and being engaged for several months as well. During Ripley’s time off from WWE due to injury, the two decided to get married amidst spending time with their friends and family as well.

Since then, Rhea Ripley has returned to WWE and immediately focused on the issue at hand – the growing intimacy between Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan. Dominik focused on Morgan the moment Ripley was out of the picture, and even inadvertently helped her win the Women’s World Championship, a title Rhea had held for so long. On top of that, he had not even realistically turned down Morgan’s attempts to pursue him romantically, despite repeatedly saying he would “fix it.”

Now, in a message to Rhea Ripley, Buddy appeared to refer to both the storyline and their personal relationship. He shared a picture of a toy duck that had been altered to look like Ripley in her Judgment Day look. He said she was “Always WATCHING!!” indicating that she was always with him. It also seemed to hint at the fact that she had always been watching what had been going down in WWE during her absence.

Rhea Ripley has her work cut out for her in WWE

In her absence, things have changed a lot for The Judgment Day. Liv Morgan has infiltrated the group and even helped them win the World Tag Team Championship, something Finn Balor is especially happy about.

She has also managed to manipulate Dominik Mysterio to suit her needs. The only one who has been consistent and loyal to Ripley, even in her absence, is Damian Priest.

It remains to be seen how she addresses the situation at hand and what changes she brings about now that she’s back.
