John Janssen claimed Shannon Beador ‘disparaged’ him for almost five years, which is why the Real Housewives of Orange County‘s senior citizen gigolo is moving forward with legal action against his former fiancé.

A repressed John Janssen:
Johnny J and his new fiancé, Alexis Bellino were guests on Watch What Happens Live and told Andy why they didn’t accept Shannon’s offer to settle. “Why didn’t you take Shannon’s offer with the no disparaging clause?” inquired Andy to John.

Jesus Jugs asked if Johnny J wanted to answer. Obviously, he jumped at the opportunity of being on camera. He began, “I have been disparaged for almost five years. Why would I put a legal muzzle on myself so that I could correct the record.”

Bravo’s daddy continued, “What’s the biggest way you’ve been disparaged?”

Alexis interjected, “All of them!” as Johnny J claimed, “I don’t want to get into those details, but [Shannon] pays for everything. She’s my sugar mama – that could not be further from the truth. That was damaging to me. I fat shamed her … couldn’t be further from the truth.”

The blackmailing of it all:

Many of us in the Bravosphere have wondered how John and Alexis holding a damaging video of Shannon over her head while in the middle of a lawsuit wasn’t considered extortion. RHOC’s Emily Simpson, a lawyer, gave her professional commentary.

“To me, it sounded very threatening. It sounded very extortion-like; it sounded very blackmail-ish. I did not like that. When you don’t get the outcome that you’re seeking immediately, that your first resort is to humiliate someone. I thought that was very disgusting.”
