The once special counsel to Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman was kicked out of The Bloodline after he refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as the new Tribal Chief. The heel faction turned on The Wiseman, brutalizing the Hall of Famer which led to him being stretchered out of the arena.

Heyman has been off WWE TV since then, and fans are eagerly awaiting his return. While there is currently no timeline for the veteran’s comeback, he is likely to return shortly.

The following piece will explore four potential ways Paul Heyman could make a comeback to WWE:

#4. Paul Heyman returns to cost The Bloodline a potential title win

WWE taped the 26 July edition of WWE SmackDown last week, which saw The Bloodline become the #1 contender for the WWE Tag Team Championship. While the heel stable may have been successful in getting a shot at the gold, they could lose the title match due to a returning Paul Heyman.

The Wiseman could return during The Bloodline’s championship match against DIY to cost the heels a potential win. Heyman could make his presence felt during the clash to distract the challengers, leading to the champions retaining their gold. This would be a perfect way for Heyman to avenge the humiliation suffered at the hands of the Solo Sikoa-led faction.

#3. Heyman returns with Roman Reigns’ cousin, Jimmy Uso

Much like Heyman, Jimmy Uso too was kicked out of The Bloodline by Solo Sikoa. Given the comman enemy, the big Uce could join forces with The Wiseman to return alongside him at SummerSlam.

As fans must be aware, Solo Sikoa will lock horns with Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam. This gives Heyman and Jimmy a perfect opportunity to hit back at the former Enforcer. The Wiseman, along with Jimmy Uso could make a comeback on August 3 to cost Sikoa his match against The American Nightmare.

#2. The Wiseman betrays Roman Reigns

After weeks and weeks of living under the constant fear of The Bloodline, Paul Heyman was victimized and kicked out of the Solo-led faction a few weeks ago on SmackDown. Notably, The Wiseman’s closest ally Roman Reigns never came to his special counsel’s aid. This may not go down well with the Hall of Famer, who may feel betrayed by his Tribal Chief Roman Reigns.

If that is indeed the case, Heyman could turn on the former Big Dog. Reigns is rumored to return at SummerSlam to confront Solo Sikoa. However, this may turn into something more as The Wiseman could return with a ghost from Roman’s past.

Heyman could have Brock Lesnar, who is rumored to make his comeback shortly. The Beast Incarnate could act on the veteran’s orders and lay waste to Roman Reigns.

#1. Heyman forms a new faction to fight The Bloodline

After potentially betraying Roman Reigns, Heyman could look to form a new faction to settle his score with The Bloodline. Apart from reuniting with Brock Lesnar, The Wiseman could join forces with former Paul Heyman guy, CM Punk.

The Second City Saint is currently involved in an angle with Drew McIntyre on RAW. However, he teased teaming up with Heyman a few weeks ago on SmackDown.

Another potential name that Heyman could recruit is Cody Rhodes. The American Nightmare has an ongoing program with Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline. Hence, Heyman could persuade the Undisputed WWE Champion to join forces with him, leading to a massive Three-on-Four Handicap Match.
