Brittany Mahomes revealed the piece of advice she received from her husband, star Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, that set her free from caring about negativity on social media.

During a recent appearance on the “WHOOP” podcast, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model — who recently hit back at “haters” after she made headlines for “liking” a political post from Donald Trump on Instagram — explained how the three-time Super Bowl winner has helped her manage fame and attention.

“I think the main thing that he always told me is like, ‘Stop caring about what people think, especially the people that don’t even know you,’” said Brittany, who is pregnant with the couple’s third child.

Brittany added how “social media used to get me a lot,” and that she doesn’t “give a f–k about what people have to say about me anymore,” spelling out the four-letter expletive.

“And I think he’s helped me get to that point where I’m strong in who I am, I’m confident in who I am and I’m confident in mine and his relationship — and I’m confident in our life. So, why does what other people say have to matter at all?”

Before that, podcast host Will Ahmed — founder and CEO of WHOOP, a fitness and sleep tracker device and app — mentioned that Brittany and Mahomes, both 28, knew each other before they became famous.

“I think we kind of got thrown into the fire together and I think that’s what helped us do so well in the life that we [have] is that we did it all together,” she said. “He is a lot better at it than I am because his dad [former MLB pitcher Pat Mahomes Sr.] played professional sports, so I think he was around it and he understood it a lot more than I did.

“So, having him help me get through it has helped a lot because he’s very good at managing those things and blocking people out and doing all that type of stuff. So having him beside me, kind of guiding me and coaching me through it has helped a ton. And I think that’s kind of how we’ve gotten to where we are now.”

Elsewhere in the podcast, Brittany gushed over the life she and Patrick have built together.

“I don’t think when we started dating [we] thought it would turn into this but I’m really glad it did and we’re early enjoying life together,” she said.

The high school sweethearts, who co-own the NWSL’s KC Current, tied the knot in Hawaii in March 2022.

They began dating when Mahomes was a sophomore and she was a junior at Whitehouse High School in Texas.

Along the way, Brittany and Mahomes welcomed daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, who turns 2 in November.

The pair revealed in July that another baby girl is on the way.
