WWE Superstar Rhea Ripley was left in tears after her Judgment Day teammate and on-screen love interest, Dominik Mysterio, betrayed her at the 2024 SummerSlam Premium Live Event.

Ripley recently returned to WWE television and prevented ‘Dirty’ Dom from seemingly falling into Liv Morgan’s trap. However, on last week’s episode of RAW, the former North American Champion convinced Mami that he wanted nothing to do with Morgan.

Things took a big turn at SummerSlam, where Rhea Ripley locked horns with Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship. The Eradicator started the match strong but unfortunately hurt her shoulder after her opponent sent her into the turnbuckle shoulder first.

Ripley managed to somehow relocate her shoulder by ramming it into the announcers table and continued to work the match. The bout ultimately ended in Morgan’s favor after she hit her opponent with an Oblivion on the chair, which was placed inside the ring by none other than Dominik Mysterio.

Following the match, ‘Dirty’ Dom shocked the whole world as he betrayed Rhea Ripley by kissing Liv Morgan. WWE recently took to Instagram to post backstage footage of an emotional Ripley, writing that Mami did not think this was how her SummerSlam would go.

“This was not at all how @rhearipley_wwe envisioned #SummerSlam going…,” they wrote.Check out the Instagram post below.

It will be interesting to see how The Judgment Day and Rhea Ripley will react to Dominik Mysterio’s betrayal on the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW.
